got my new book, Joao Silva's Bang-bang club, but yeah, the book's at home and I'm stuck in school. I'll be back for elections, maybe, haven't quite decided yet. Nevertheless, exams are on so I may find myself staying for some longer period of time.
I know, I know, I should have go give my vote, for the better future. Can't stand that politic shit, well, no at all.
So as usual, I go out to the streets or in a pub for a beer.

dog salon sign at chinese restaurant, more like fast food
playing chess with Zuzka on a rainy afternoon. I lost btw
the new town hall window renovation
kid playing in a fountain, no water involved
we've been to school and some beer after. Wanted girls to come with us, they refused :/
though something funny had to happen that evening, Peter couldn't even stand
this scene reminded me of a local mags review of Bessa R4M, they made a few shots in this subway
well, a dog tied to a pole. Owner nowhere to be seen. yet I've seen few people looking at the dog speaking words like "oh, the poor little..."
high school student learning some basics of probability in a bus. I've been waiting, and risking she might leave the bus, for some sunlight. I had some awkward position at the time, really wanted to get those scripts into the shot
home again for a while, road to new industrial zone, where, surprisingly nothing was build in last two years. Good place for skaters
nice day I had, walked across half of a town
park. more like ruins of it. Still nice to see some people going for a walk, just like that. Watching fishes swimming there. Those two gave me a strange look after taking the shot.
building new shopping center, hopefully something worthy the money. The others in Prievidza look more like garage sales.. I have a shot similliar to this, without the fence but it looks less "industrial". I wonder why everyone noticed me making pictures that day, even the worker did. He just didn't care.
in the oldest "shopping center", jewelery. Looking back makes me thinking why the hell they have so many clocks there.
Miro and his camera, I think he likes it more than any other from his collection. Well 6*9 pocket version, bright lens (for its size). Though I find the rangefinder awful. I personally can't see a damn thing with it. Russian copy od Carl Zeiss with coupled RF, niiiiice.
Lucka telling us some stories from India or I don't know. A lot weed smokers as far as I can remember.
Hard to keep track of order lately (thanks to new blogspot uploading system, the beta version). Went to barber.
I can keep track of weekdays by my shots, this was definitely saturday. I wanted to make some prints. Didn't make to the darkroom :)
went to see Ghost festival in Bojnice. Not their best year.
definitely tourists
failed to expose for the shadows. Locals enjoying "the mood"
the back of stands, selling all kind of stuff, probably fellow student during a break.
interesting playground, situated between two parts of Brno, only fields and old gardens around
and a huge electric pole right behind
high school reunion at "Prígl", local dam
Tomas with his home made 60% water
Betka and dunno who the other girl is. A dentist probably too.
all together. Who did shoot this then?
Betka lit by laser, terrible resposne. What did I expect from a monochromatic green light, right?
ok, I might have a little too much. Probably playing some hiphop or rnb or I don't know. Judging by our poses.
I really can't remember this moment. I mean again wtf was this about?
at nightline bus getting back to town of my heart
the other day, I went and took Jozef (he got in Brno for a weekend to see his old schoolmates, us) to a trip. The highest place in Brno, just above old loom.
On our way back to tram, well this is at the tram station, while waiting we spotted a young bird. It couldn't yet fly and looked hungry. end of story
ehm, a bus parked in the middle of something that might have been a basketball court short time ago
a very bad placement for a webhosting company ad. Definitely not a main road, more like village outside the town.
new exposition at MG, Victor Pivovarov, be sure to check his work, though I didn't like the concept of lemon people, but seeing the paitings from upclose was just amazing. One can't get enough of this feeling.
the name of the expo - ONI (they). Took me a while to get rid of the gallery ladies.
we're sitting in a rain waiting for a dance performance. Funny thing, we've been sitting with backs turned to the performance.
while looking for restrooms, I did find a library I wanted to get some street art books. Quite hidden this little one. Took this to remember the opening times. Though from what I heard it's not open during those opening hours.
some donations to, uhm, whatever, some fund. Luckily for me they were accepting €, so I finally got rid of those dreadful cents.
oh, I almost forgot. There was a juggle competition. You could see people prepairing all around.
they actually didn't care about the rain. I liked that. The mood that you could feel from the people.
the other stage, theatre play captured while waiting for my meat
This, I call, a school. Playing football for a while. Not like faculty of f***ing informatics, that's just a load of computers.
my room-mate
Matej showing off his football skills.
later that evening went to drink with philosophers
singing nirvana and I thing I was the only non-philosophy-faculty-man there.
a stranger sat with us for a while.
what's with men and alcohol. It just had to end up in fighting.
a fellow photographer, she also got interested with the two fighting
"everything's ok" signal. Well not really, just a pose for photographer. It was dark like hell, had to push this pretty much.
at this point it started to look a bit weird
the kitchen superman (had some absinth, I didn't make in time :( )
ok, funny story. Or more like advice, never go with me and Rado for a walk. Went to a hill we saw on the map. This is Rado at the top. It's used as a motocross track now. And it was raining.
Yes, the mud. It was everywhere. None of us fell down. Luckily, or unfortunately. I've been tracing Rado with my camera for a while. He had a few moments that looked like they could end up in a nice fall down to the mud.
